This resolution, introduced by Councilmember Marqueece Harris-Dawson and seconded by Imelda Padilla, bans oversized vehicles from parking on roughly two dozen street segments across South Los Angeles, all within Council District 8. Under the city's oversize vehicle parking ordinance, any vehicle longer than 22 feet or taller than seven feet is prohibited from stopping on the designated streets at any hour of the day or night.
